Our first day

We had a very nice first day!

Here are some photos:

We went to music and met Mr. Abbott 

 He played the piano and we sang A LOT!

Before that we made crowns.

After that we had a little snack. 

We read the story "Kissing Hand"

Mrs. Goshert turned the lights out and we watched the story on the screen.

We really liked this!

We learned the word "nocturnal".

After that we made Chester puppets. Chester is the raccoon in the story.

 We also played outside on the playground.

 It was a little hot, but we liked it!

We learned that kindergarten is only supposed to play on the blue and red equipment and the swings (for safety). 

We made a list of ways to be safe on the playground.

We then finished our puppets, had drinks and another snack. We also had our hand painted white and made handprints for an art project!

Then we packed up our backpacks and headed out.
